Ginetta are back at Le Mans and you can join in on all the action. See below for the itinerary including details of the road trip, pop-up hotel accommodation at the circuit, race tickets and hospitality. So do read on…
Thursday 17th September
Guests to make way their own way or join the Ginetta Road trip at Leeds or Brands Hatch to Folkestone for a Flexiplus Eurotunnel crossing to Calais. Drive through France to Le Mans and check-in at the Flexotel Village within the circuit.
In the evening guests will enjoy an informal BBQ at the Flexotel Village.
Friday 18th September
After a leisurely breakfast at the Flexotel Village, guests can proceed to the open pit-lane, for a behind the scenes tour with Ginetta staff.
In the afternoon guests are at leisure to catch the tram in to town to enjoy the drivers’ parade.
Saturday 19th September
Race Day. Guests to enjoy breakfast at the Flexotel Village before moving to the track to watch the support races from around the circuit (Tertre Rouge corner is a short walk away from the Flexotel Village). From lunch those that have chosen the option can join Ginetta in their hospitality for lunch and the start of the race. During the race those in hospitality will also benefit from a behind the scenes tour and garage visit accompanied by Ginetta staff (times TBC). Those in hospitality also receive evening meal.
Sunday 20th September
The race continues. Those guests with Ginetta Hospitality can return to the unit for breakfast & then lunch. Breakfast is included at the Flexotel village for those on Bronze and Silver package.
Once the race has finished, guests will return to the Flexotel Village for a BBQ and a relatively early night!
Monday 21st September
After breakfast at the Flexotel Village, guests return through France to Calais, for a Flexiplus Eurotunnel crossing to Folkestone and then return home.

-Lunch on Saturday and Sunday in Ginetta hospitality

Accommodation
The Travel Destinations Flexotel Village for Le Mans 2020 is ideal for those people who would like to stay on the circuit, but do not wish to camp and prefer the privacy and luxury of their own bedroom. We are pleased to be able to offer a whole village of Flexotel cabins for our customers located in our private area at “Antares Sud”. It is the centre of the circuit, adjacent to the tram terminus and just a short walk from start/finish straight and the paddock.
The Flexotel rooms will provide your own private bedroom at the circuit. All bed linen and towels are provided along with twin beds. You will be welcomed at reception and shown to your room. There is also secure parking within the Flexotel Village for your car.
Each room can be locked. The rooms have an electricity supply with a European two pin plug point.

- Travel to arrive at our Flexotel Village from Wednesday afternoon (or extend your stay in France to more than 5 days) for just an additional £90.00 per person.
- International visitors not requiring travel from the UK can also purchase this option. The price will be £905.00 per person based on 2 people sharing a room.
- Please note that the Flexotel Village can be accessed easily by using public transport (train and tram).
Extra information
Access to Flexotel Village Rooms: All flexotel cabins will be available from the Thursday morning prior to the race. Guests will have to vacate the rooms on the Monday morning after the race. Keys must be handed in at reception on departure.
Flexotel Village room details: The rooms will provide a space of approximately 3m x 2m. The rooms can accommodate 2 adults in twin beds. Bed linen and towels will be provided. An electricity supply is available in all rooms. Private, serviced showers and toilets are located in the private area for use of Flexotel guests only. 24 hours security is provided.
Flexotel site facilities: For customers staying in our Flexotel Village we will have a large marquee, offering a private pay bar (serving beer, wine and soft drinks), breakfast, lunch and evening BBQ are available to purchase (Breakfast – bacon baguettes, toast, tea, coffee and fresh juice. Lunch – Baguettes. Evening BBQ – Free range burgers, sausages, salads and deserts), a large screen TV showing live race coverage and radio commentary from the Radio Le Mans team.

- A deposit of £200.00 per person must be paid once prices have been confirmed.
- Any grandstand seats must also be paid at this time. Balances are due prior to 10 weeks before departure. All bookings made within 12 weeks of the event must be paid in full.
- Recorded Delivery: Most UK ticket packs will be sent by recorded delivery at a cost of £6.00. Ticket packs for large groups and overseas mail will be priced accordingly. Please ask for details
