Travel Destinations at Porsche Curves
Travel Destinations was the first company ever to provide private secure camping for our guests at Le Mans. Over the years our private campsite, located trackside on the famous Porshe Curves, has gone from strength to strength. There are many reasons why this campsite fills up with repeat customers every year. The campsite has always provided an oasis in the madness that is Le Mans. It has 24 hours security so that you know that you & your belongings are safe, as well as clean & serviced showers & toilet facilities. The on-site hospitality marquee now serves food and drinks to hundreds of guests each night with large screen TVs showing the race & other entertainment available throughout the weekend. The viewing bank to the rear of the campsite remains one of the best places to watch the race either day or night.

Glamping (or Glamourous camping) has become very popular around the festival scene in recent years. Once again Travel Destinations were the first to bring this concept to Le Mans. Our event tents are large 5 metre luxury bell tents that can sleep up to 4 adults in comfort. The tents are pre-erected with full carpet and mattresses with sheets and duvets; so no sleeping bags are required. The tents come with a table and chairs, rugs, door mats and solar powered lighting so all you really need to bring is your toothbrush and a change of clothes. Our Event Tents benefit from the same facilities as our other campers at our Porsche Curves campsite so 24 hours security and serviced showers and toilets are assured. The Flexotel concept grew out of Holland. Via a contact on social media Travel Destinations grasped the opportunity to bring the Flexotels to Le Mans. In the first year (2010) we brought 20 rooms. In 2014 we had 200 rooms creating more of a town than a village! The Flexotels allow you to have your own bedroom within the circuit. The lockable bedrooms can sleep 2 adults and come with 2 proper beds and all your bed linen. The Flexotel Village is located in the centre of the circuit at Antares-Sud and benefits from its own private paddock with 24 hours security, fully serviced showers & toilets as well as a hospitality marquee offering quality food & drink throughout the weekend. The Flexotel Village remains within walking distance of the start/finish straight and with the tram stop only minutes away, getting in to Le Mans town couldn’t be easier either!

Public camping at the circuit
Camping has been a tradition for spectators at Le Mans since the race was first run back since 1923. The majority of the 250,000 spectators at the last race camped at the circuit. Camping at the circuit is similar to camping at any festival. The facilities are basic but the atmosphere around the campsites is always electric. There are 12 different circuit-run public campsites at Le Mans. You will be able to find fans of each campsite but there are always certain areas that sell out first. Early bookers will benefit from the most choice. Campsites such as Maison Blanche, Tertre Rouge & Houx will sell out early, but that doesn’t mean they are the best. Our staff will be able to help you find the right area for you when you book.

We have other options as well for those that don’t want to stay at the circuit. Off-circuit campsites, hotels and chateaux are always popular. In addition to all these offers you can also add to your booking with a choice of grandstand seats as well asfull hospitality options.
